Venango County Association for the Blind (VCAB) serves qualifying blind and visually impaired individuals in Clarion, Forest, and Venango counties. We also provide eye screenings and education programs for children and adults in a multitude of settings (preschool, school, work, senior centers, libraries, etc.
Our Vision for the Future
Our Vision for the Future is to continue preventing avoidable blindness while also minimizing the effect of visual impairments on the quality of life for persons experiencing blindness and other visual impairments residing in Clarion, Forest, and Venango counties.
